I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Palak Chaturvedi from the bottom of my heart. She CURED my problem, which I was suffering from since many months. I had a gastroesophal reflux disease (GERD) and has been on regular medication for many months. I also changed many doctors but there was hardly any relief. The severe headache and regular vomiting led to many deficiencies and I also started losing weight. I was also hospitalised for the same for a few days but that worsen my situation further. After trying my hands on many different things, I finally met Ms. Palak. She started eliminating diet approach with me and motivated me to include yoga and walking in my daily regime.
