Palak is a Nutritionist & lifestyle consultant. She has done diploma in Dietetics, Health & Nutrition. She has also done Ayurveda Nutrition. A Nutritious diet, she feels, is the key to living a healthy lifestyle. She also believes that “Health is not only about weight loss but being fit physically, mentally & emotionally” Her motto is to create right synergy between Ayurveda and Modern Science. She specialised in all kinds of diet from weight loss to lifestyle disorders & Hormonal imbalance.
She is on a mission to help others live healthier and happier lives by providing evidence based wellness technique for busy people to help them be the greatest version of themselves.

Idea behind "Nufit"
My choice of having a healthy lifestyle is inspired by what India needs as a country. India leads in all types of diseases that are due to an unhealthy lifestyle. Everyone from adults, adolescents and kids are affected by living an unhealthy lifestyle. Many are just looking for shortcuts or some magic formula to lose weight and get in shape. I started Nufit to create awareness and create synergy between modern science and Ayurveda.

It’s never just about the charts, but more so about the constant follow-ups, counselling and motivational push that is needed to follow persistently. Message to the younger generation
The younger generation is much more fitness conscious and understands the relationship between fitness and food. However, they also battle high levels of stress and that is one of the main reasons for health-related issues. One should not wait to exercise up until they have gained weight or have to make exercise a daily habit because of some disease. The younger generation needs to learn the art of balancing between different foods. Balance is the key to eating and indulging in your favourite food.
